About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical reference for infrastructure, cloud, and security;
Provide technical leadership for initiatives related to AWS environments, automation, and infrastructure architecture;
Define and evolve architecture, security, observability, and governance standards;
Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and resilience of technology environments;
Support risk analyses, advanced troubleshooting, and resolution of critical incidents;
Promote process and infrastructure automation using industry best practices;
Support information security, compliance, and access management initiatives;
Work closely with technical teams and business areas to ensure alignment between requirements and solutions;
Contribute to technical reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing;
Mentor team members technically and support the development of the team;
Foster a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
Proven experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS;
Advanced knowledge of distributed architectures and cloud services;
Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar);
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
Knowledge of networking, IAM, access policies, VPN, WAF, and security best practices;
Experience with monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting of critical environments;
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;
Knowledge of Cyber Security and compliance requirements;
Experience administering Linux environments;
Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or providing technical guidance to teams;
Intermediate English.
