About the role

  • Conduct discovery activities, identifying user problems and pain points, mapping user journeys, and leading the solution-creation process.
  • Ensure consistency across layouts, the design system, and the overall user experience.
  • Create layouts, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Conduct internal and external user research.
  • Write user stories, documentation, and user journey maps.
  • Coordinate and align with the technical/engineering team.
  • Monitor results and product metrics.

Requirements

  • Conduct discovery processes and define product specifications.

  • Understand user pain points and translate them into opportunities for improvement.
