About the role

  • Legally review and analyze transactions issued by the securitization company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, contracts, and applicable legal aspects.
  • Actively participate in structuring transactions from initial stages through to closing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to transactions, such as assignments of receivables, securitization agreements, security instruments, and operational contracts.
  • Work closely with the internal structuring team to align the legal, financial, and operational aspects of transactions.
  • Interact with parties involved in the transactions, including originators/cedents, investors, external law firms, trustees/agents, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and support the interpretation and application of rules applicable to the securitization sector and capital markets.

Requirements

  • Law degree (completed).
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Previous experience in transaction structuring, capital markets, securitization, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of corporate and financial contracts.
  • Familiarity with regulatory rules applicable to the financial and capital markets will be considered a plus.
