About the role

  • Act as daily point of contact for assigned client accounts across PR, social media, digital marketing, and influencer engagement projects
  • Attend client meetings, manage communications, and ensure timely responses to client needs
  • Support campaign planning, execution, and coordination with media partners and influencers
  • Monitor account performance, prepare progress reports, and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to strategy development for both existing accounts and new business pitches
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated communication solutions
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and digital teams to meet client KPIs
  • Assist in developing pitch presentations and strategic proposals for prospective clients
  • Support junior team members with guidance on best practices and project execution
  • Collaborate with management on special projects as needed

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in PR, communications, digital marketing, or influencer engagement
  • Strong client servicing background with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • Strategic thinking ability with creative problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Available for full-time commitment (40 hours/week) for the entire 2-month period
  • Comfortable working with digital collaboration tools and project management platforms
  • Agency background or experience working with multiple brands simultaneously
