About the role
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead and Junior Art Director to define project scope, requirements, and creative direction
- Design compelling visual communications including social media content, brochures, posters, presentations, and marketing collaterals
- Create brand-aligned multimedia content using various design elements, ensuring visual consistency and impact
- Develop design concepts from initial sketches to polished digital executions
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including account managers, strategists, and senior creatives to ensure designs meet project objectives
- Iterate based on feedback from internal teams and clients, refining designs to exceed expectations
- Support pitch development by contributing creative concepts and presentation materials
Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing diverse design work (especially social media, branding, and marketing materials)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese; English is a plus
- Available immediately for a 2-month full-time commitment
