About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work in civil and corporate contentious practice on strategic disputes, in direct contact with the practice partners.
Draft highly complex court filings, memoranda, and legal opinions.
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, trainees, and interns.
Participate in arbitration hearings, conferences with judges and appellate judges, and oral arguments.
Write articles and deliver presentations for clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree.
Specialization and/or postgraduate studies in Civil Law, Corporate Law, and/or Civil Procedure.
Experience in strategic litigation.
Experience representing clients in judicial and arbitral proceedings.
Analytical, organized, proactive, and communicative profile.
Client-focused orientation.
Time management skills.
Emotional intelligence.
Interpersonal skills.
Master’s and/or Doctoral degree in related fields (preferred).
