Associate Lawyer II – Litigation and Arbitration

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in civil and corporate contentious practice on strategic disputes, in direct contact with the practice partners.
- Draft highly complex court filings, memoranda, and legal opinions.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, trainees, and interns.
- Participate in arbitration hearings, conferences with judges and appellate judges, and oral arguments.
- Write articles and deliver presentations for clients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree.
- Specialization and/or postgraduate studies in Civil Law, Corporate Law, and/or Civil Procedure.
- Experience in strategic litigation.
- Experience representing clients in judicial and arbitral proceedings.
- Analytical, organized, proactive, and communicative profile.
- Client-focused orientation.
- Time management skills.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Master’s and/or Doctoral degree in related fields (preferred).
