About the role
- Develop compelling, consultant-grade presentations that distill data into clear, actionable narratives for clients and internal stakeholders
- Craft executive-level presentations that highlight significant findings, business implications, and strategic recommendations with strong storytelling and visual clarity
- Leverage creative storytelling techniques to guide audiences through insights in a concise, structured and impactful way to engage and influence
- Analyse NPS-style survey data and other client feedback across Marketing Services and B2B sectors to uncover trends, risks, growth opportunities and other actionable insights
- Develop industry-level presentations across sectors, regions and markets for client delivery and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarks to contextualise insights and support strategic decision-making
- Present insights to internal teams, including senior executives, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Partner with analytics, product and client facing teams to identify gaps in offerings and co-create innovative solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in insights, data analysis, consultancy or strategy roles at a mid-senior level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with survey analytics and NPS-style methodologies
- Experience with data visualisation tools
- Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Proven ability to develop and present executive-level insights
- Experience in agency/client landscape is a plus
- Exceptional storytelling, strategic thinking and communication skills
- Collaboration and leadership skills
