About the role

  • Support and enhance manufacturing process and test solutions to ensure high-quality products
  • Provide real-time support to in-house production and supplier manufacturing sites
  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing test issues and prevent reoccurrence
  • Deliver advanced product troubleshooting support to production as required
  • Enhance manufacturing test solutions including hardware and software
  • Monitor test yields, investigate deviations, and take appropriate action
  • Analyze product updates and implement changes to manufacturing hardware or software
  • Define, perform, and optimize preventive maintenance of manufacturing hardware
  • Continuously improve manufacturing support process and identify recurring issues
  • Provide off-hours real-time support to remote contract manufacturing sites across time zones

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics
  • 5+ year relevant technical experience, including internship
  • C++ or C# software development experience
  • Python development experience
  • Ability to design, modify & troubleshoot test hardware (electrical/mechanical)
  • Effective written and verbal English language communication skills
  • Valid passport and ability and willingness to travel both nationally and internationally
  • Able to safely lift up to 15kg (33lb)
