About the role
- Lead and manage IT-related infrastructure and implementation projects, as well as select development initiatives.
- Drive projects using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and daily stand-ups.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize Monday.com to track progress, provide reporting, and deliver actionable project insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, development, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Prepare and deliver project status updates, executive summaries, and dashboards.
- Maintain focus on quality, scope, and delivery standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in IT infrastructure or software development environments.
- Proven ability to manage projects in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com for project tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of project management best practices, frameworks, and lifecycle methodologies.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP) (preferred).
- Background in IT infrastructure (servers, networking, cloud, systems) and/or software development (preferred).
- Experience working in both enterprise and mid-market environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with other project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability (soft skill).
