Working Student Technical Project Management (m/f/d)
VerimiWerkstudent supporting technical project management at Verimi's digital identity platform. Collaborating on planning, coordination, and execution of projects with cross-functional teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the technical project manager in planning, controlling and documenting projects
- Prepare, organize and follow up meetings, workshops and project appointments
- Maintain and update project plans, timelines and task lists
- Create presentations, status reports and project documentation
- Track tasks and open items within project teams
- Support coordination with internal departments and external partners
- Assist in analyzing and documenting technical requirements
- Support monitoring of project progress and KPIs
- Take on organizational and administrative tasks within the project environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable field
- Interest in technical project management and digital products
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Initial experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence or similar) is a plus
- Very good German and English skills (both at least C1)
