About the role

  • You support our patients in their daily lives: cleaning, shopping, doing laundry and performing small tasks that make the day easier.
  • You plan assignments, coordinate your team and keep an overview.
  • You conduct intake interviews with patients, accompany them during the initial phase and ensure continuity.

Requirements

  • You have a strong sense for people and enjoy supporting others.
  • German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Driver’s license (Class B) and own car are an advantage.
