About the role

  • Own and improve infrastructure across AWS, hosted, and on-prem environments
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve stability, performance, and security issues
  • Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure architectures
  • Apply SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, incident management, automation etc.)
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
  • Improve observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) and operational excellence
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams and act as a technical mentor

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and production systems
  • Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containers, and Linux
  • Deep knowledge of SRE principles and operating reliable distributed systems
  • Proven ability to modernize legacy infrastructure pragmatically and safely
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Prometheus/Grafana
  • Understanding of cost optimization and security best practices
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or Go preferred)
  • Nice to have: Experience with hybrid or on-premise infrastructure, Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)
