About the role
- Provide content leadership for the Scrum team by evaluating requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and defining goals and scope for the next sprint
- Maintain contact with relevant stakeholders and communicate appropriately for the audience
- Take ownership of the product and regularly present the delivered value while ensuring adherence to the budget
- Monitor legal changes and market requirements in receivables management and reflect them in the roadmap
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a STEM field
- Product Owner certification and several years of hands-on experience in the role
- Excellent knowledge of receivables management
- Experience with the IKAROS software solution by Ferber GmbH
- Strong customer- and service-orientation, enjoyment in working with people, confident presence, and excellent communication skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
