About the role
- Accountable for the efficiency and effectiveness of your Scrum team’s processes
- Coach and support a development team in self-organization and fostering an agile mindset
- Apply methods and develop measures to improve efficiency and quality
- Support the agile transformation and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master in agile IT projects
- Familiarity with agile tools
- Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master)
- An empathetic, results-oriented individual with strong communication skills
- Ability to embrace Scrum and continuously improve Scrum practices
