About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advance the company’s partner programs and manage a high-performance channel strategy
  • Identify, recruit, and manage high-value partners to meet and exceed indirect sales targets
  • Create Partner-in-a-Box resources and training programs to enable partner success
  • Lead negotiations for data-sharing, white-labeling, and integrated service agreements
  • Drive partner technology and data strategies in collaboration with Product
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Legal on partner training, co-promotion, and contracts
  • Track channel performance metrics and pipeline health for the Chief Commercial Officer and executive leadership
  • Cultivate existing partner relationships and maintain and renew agreements
  • Report to the Chief Commercial Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, or Strategic Partnerships within HealthTech or Life Sciences data sectors
  • Deep understanding of the real-world data landscape, with specific familiarity in Oncology and at least one other Verana specialty: Ophthalmology, Urology, or Neurology
  • Existing high-level relationships within major CROs, Life Science consulting firms, and data companies
  • Understanding of health-data tokenization, HIPAA de-identification, clean rooms, and APIs
  • Ability to turn complex curated datasets into compelling commercial narratives for executive stakeholders
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas through indirect/channel motions
  • Deep expertise in Real-World Data and Real-World Evidence across the drug development lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship or OPT/STEM extension support
  • Permanent residency in one of the listed eligible U.S. states required for remote employees
