About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage research projects and partnerships, including both scientific guidance and execution of the research deliverables
Lead research projects from pre-sale alignment through study execution
Collaborate with Research and Medical team members on internal projects to expand and/or validate research offerings
Support research deliverable execution in a subset of research projects
Contribute to internal and external meetings related to research
Draft project collateral for studies for which you will be responsible
Lead the development of project collateral, research protocols, abstracts, posters and manuscripts
Effectively partner with Research Data Scientists to execute on active research projects
Run internal and external meetings related to research
Support the Commercial team in sales engagements
Collaborate cross-functionally to address data, quality and research questions/needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or greater in public health, statistics, data science, computer science or equivalent
5+ years of relevant research and/or work experience in the field of oncology
Experience owning and developing research protocol documents, abstracts and manuscripts to support life science and/or academic use cases
Solid foundational knowledge of epidemiology and basic statistics
Strong organizational and time management skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must possess the ability to prioritize assignments to meet required deadlines
Must be able to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, diverse environment including collaborating with a variety of internal/external stakeholders
Must be a self-starter who can work autonomously
Must be approachable, friendly, and effective as a team member
