About the role
- Manage research projects and partnerships, including both scientific guidance and execution of the research deliverables
- Lead research projects from pre-sale alignment through study execution
- Collaborate with Research and Medical team members on internal projects to expand and/or validate research offerings
- Support research deliverable execution in a subset of research projects
- Contribute to internal and external meetings related to research
- Draft project collateral for studies for which you will be responsible
- Lead the development of project collateral, research protocols, abstracts, posters and manuscripts
- Effectively partner with Research Data Scientists to execute on active research projects
- Run internal and external meetings related to research
- Support the Commercial team in sales engagements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address data, quality and research questions/needs
Requirements
- Master’s degree or greater in public health, statistics, data science, computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant research and/or work experience in the field of oncology
- Experience owning and developing research protocol documents, abstracts and manuscripts to support life science and/or academic use cases
- Solid foundational knowledge of epidemiology and basic statistics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess the ability to prioritize assignments to meet required deadlines
- Must be able to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, diverse environment including collaborating with a variety of internal/external stakeholders
- Must be a self-starter who can work autonomously
- Must be approachable, friendly, and effective as a team member
