About the role
- Configure and implement SAP TM solutions to meet client requirements.
- Design transportation networks, carriers, rates, and master data.
- Customize SAP TM functionalities and integrate with SAP SD, MM, EWM, and FI modules.
- Gather and analyze transportation management requirements.
- Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation and functional specifications.
- Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects (blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment).
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP TM issues post-implementation.
- Recommend system upgrades and process improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in SAP TM implementation and configuration.
- Hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, tendering, and settlement.
- Strong understanding of transportation management processes.
- SAP TM certification (preferred).
