About the role
- Configure and implement SAP OTC processes including pricing, billing, and settlement scenarios in S/4HANA.
- Define condition tables, access sequences, pricing procedures, and settlement document types.
- Ensure seamless integration with SD, MM, FI/CO, and external systems.
- Design and optimize rebate agreements, chargeback workflows, and commission calculations.
- Support interim and final settlement runs across multiple regions.
- Analyze complex OTC-related processes and map them to SAP solutions.
- Prepare business blueprints, To-Be documents, and functional specifications for WRICEF developments.
- Work with IDocs, RFCs, and Fiori apps for OTC and settlement functionalities.
- Configure output types for sales, delivery, and billing documents.
- Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing.
- Develop user manuals and deliver training for key users and business analysts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP OTC processes with end-to-end implementations.
- Proven expertise in rebate management, chargebacks, commission settlements, and accrual processes.
- Strong knowledge of pricing procedures, condition types, and revenue account determination.
- Experience with SD-FI/CO, SD-MM, and SD-EWM integration points.
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, including Fiori apps for OTC and Settlement Management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills ( English ).
