About the role
- Define SAP project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and quality assurance processes.
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams (SAP consultants, developers, analysts, QA).
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP project stakeholders.
- Track project progress against milestones using tools such as SAP Cloud ALM, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint.
- Validate deliverables against SAP standards and business requirements.
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of project management experience, including SAP implementations or upgrades.
- Experience managing SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects and SAP DRC implementations.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Cloud ALM.
- PMP certification preferred; SAP certification is a strong plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM) and integration points.
- Proven ability to manage SAP projects through full lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
