About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle Utilities C2M platform (Customer Care and Billing, Meter Data Management, and Service Order Management)
  • Configure C2M components including business objects, business services, service scripts, and UI maps
  • Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration tools, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and middleware
  • Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, QA, and Operations
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all development and customization activities
  • Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with best practices and standards
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production deployment activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle C2M or Oracle CC&B and MDM platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and SQL
  • Experience with Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, and XSLT
  • Familiarity with Oracle DB, PL/SQL, and related tools
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Knowledge of utility industry business processes
  • Oracle Utilities certifications preferred (e.g., C2M Implementation Specialist)
  • Experience with other Oracle Utilities products (SOM, NMS, WAM) preferred
  • Regular and predictable attendance
