About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and optimize the company's tax structure
- Identify opportunities for establishing entities in strategic countries
- Audit and oversee the contractual structure with freelancers globally
- Ensure regulatory compliance in the countries where we operate
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams across different countries
- Propose forward-looking preventive solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Specialization or master's degree in International Taxation, Tax Law, or related areas (highly valued)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international taxation, preferably in multinational environments
- Proven experience in international tax planning and optimization of tax structures
- Experience in global corporate structuring (entity formation, jurisdiction analysis)
- Ensuring tax compliance across multiple countries
- Identification and mitigation of tax and legal risks
- Experience reviewing and managing international contracts, especially with freelancers or consultants
