About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences, including flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to offer recommendations and confirm bookings
Ensure a smooth travel process from start to finish
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
Research and book travel arrangements including airfare, accommodations, car rentals, and activities
Provide accurate information on destinations, travel restrictions, and requirements
Maintain detailed records of itineraries, payments, and client communication
Monitor bookings for changes, cancellations, or disruptions and assist clients accordingly
Deliver outstanding customer service with timely and professional communication

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or hospitality preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with online travel platforms and digital communication tools
High attention to detail and time management
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
A reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Must be 18 or over
Must be a US citizen
