About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure by providing technical support to internal users
- Administer network and system resources, and monitor and support the operation of CCTV solutions
- Provide technical support to users (hardware, software and systems)
- Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, printers and devices
- Manage access, email, permissions and user accounts
- Support management of internal network infrastructure (Wi‑Fi, cabling, switches, routers)
- Monitor and support the operation of the CCTV system (cameras, recording and access)
- Identify and resolve incidents (troubleshooting)
- Assist IT vendors and service providers
- Keep basic IT documentation up to date
- Ensure good information security practices
- Ensure alignment of practices between Brazil and the headquarters in Belgium
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networks, Systems or related fields
- Experience providing technical user support (help desk/service desk)
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office suite and corporate tools
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, basic configuration) and information security
- Experience with hardware maintenance
- Basic knowledge of CCTV/IP systems
- English required – conversational (frequent interaction with the Belgium headquarters)
