About the role
- Implement telecom networks and services for B2B clients
- Perform configuration of network equipment (routers, switches, antennas, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (diagrams, topologies, configurations, and delivery reports)
- Perform post-deployment technical validation (tests, performance, stability)
- Support field teams and the NOC in service activations
- Perform initial troubleshooting and configuration adjustments
- Ensure adherence to the company's technical standards and best practices
- Interact with internal areas (projects, engineering, support) and with clients
- Deliver internal training and knowledge transfer to the technical support team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with network deployment and configuration
- Knowledge of IP networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, NAT, QoS)
- Experience with network equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, Peplink, Mikrotik)
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications and connectivity (satellite is a plus)
- Advanced network troubleshooting skills
- Experience with technical network documentation
- Technical English required
