Manager, Technology Delivery – Application Development

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the software development teams, including setting clear goals, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing a collaborative and motivating work environment.
- Work with stakeholders to mentor the team to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful delivery of software projects.
- Offer technical guidance and expertise to the development team.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Provide support in architectural design, coding standards, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Foster the professional growth and development of team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems Business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Seven (7) years experience in a software development role or developer subject matter expert role.
- Three (3) years of Resource Management required.
- Five (5) years in a senior or subject matter expect position.
