About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify tasks and techniques as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain User Stories/Requirements for projects.
  • Map user stories to features and define acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with the Product Owner for user story refinement and backlog prioritization.
  • Adhere to Agile principles in fulfillment of the role.
  • Encourage cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to identify business needs.
  • Document business processes, functional, non-functional, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends supporting decision-making.
  • Create simple SQL queries and data maps as needed.
  • Build and maintain project artifacts repository using SharePoint or Jira.
  • Lead department initiatives with limited supervision.
  • Provide mentoring and training to junior team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience required.
  • Experience with Azure Development Ops (ADO) or JIRA is a plus.
  • 3+ years’ SQL querying skills.
  • 1+ years’ experience in modeling/mapping business processes.
  • 1+ years’ experience planning, facilitate UAT for projects and enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate meetings, conduct presentations utilizing various audio/visual aids, negotiate and build consensus with limited supervision.
  • The ability to perform detailed data mapping and data modeling, as well as create network topology diagrams, and process flow diagrams.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of API.
  • Practical knowledge of the following: Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and .NET and/or MySQL, Java, and web based applications.
