About the role

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand current market strategy and opportunities for further growth.
  • Build strong relationships with cross functional teams to identify requirements and use cases in order to create meaningful data/reports
  • Develop processes to extract, manipulate and validate data for usage in data tools and data visualization platforms
  • Evaluate performance against key goals and metrics to identify/recommend/implement optimizations to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions impacting marketing contribution to sales
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program – upperclassmen and graduate students preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate thoughts, communicate, completely, and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and detail skills, with the ability to consistently perform as business requests.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adjust easily when directions and priorities change on short notice.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite® with a heavy emphasis on Excel.
  • Proficiency in software that applies to your major and function-specific internship.
  • Passion for learning the Credit Union Industry.
