About the role
- Writing across multiple formats: Long-form content such as blogs, white papers and thought leadership pieces requiring research and collaboration with subject matter experts
- Short-form content such as social media posts, operational communications, promotional copy and press releases
- Research industry topics and leverage insights to support content development
- Collaborate across the Marketing & Communications department and other business units (including Product, Emerging Services, Advisors Plus)
- Assist with project and time management, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines using tools like Monday.com and Microsoft applications
- Support targeted communication initiatives through data and email list management in partnership with the MarCom team
Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program – upperclassmen and graduate students preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate thoughts completely and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to consistently perform as per business requests.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to adjust easily when directions and priorities change on short notice.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite®, experience with project management tools like Monday.com is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and familiarity with AP style.
- Ability to research and distill complex topics into clear, compelling content.
- Proficiency in software that applies to your major and function-specific internship.
