Key responsibilities & impact

Provide the lifecycle support of the compute and storage platforms
Architect and deploy modern technology platforms and solutions
Provide technical expertise supporting strategic initiatives across the company
Implement and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery solutions
Support IT security initiatives through vulnerability management and endpoint protection
Contribute to infrastructure projects as needed
Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge resources

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in IT systems engineering with direct experience implementing modern enterprise platforms
Strong background in Windows Server, VMware, and storage administration
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), identity management, and enterprise SaaS applications
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NERC CIP, HIPAA, SOC, or NIST
Exposure to enterprise networking and security tools (Cisco, Palo Alto, FortiGate, SD-WAN) is a plus
