About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This is a remote position.

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in cloud contact center environments, with proven experience configuring Amazon Connect in production.
- Native Spanish; technical English (reading documentation and working with international clients).
- Preferred: AWS certification or specialization in Amazon Connect.
