About the role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Dealerlogix appointments team
  • Ensure successful and timely implementations of the Dealerlogix Appointment product
  • Manage and mentor a team of implementation and support professionals
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to streamline processes across implementation teams
  • Uphold quality of implementation processes by defining and enforcing best-in-class standards
  • Act as primary point of contact for Vehlo scheduler integrations with 3rd party vendors
  • Develop strong technical, process, and project management expertise within the team

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience overseeing customer onboarding and implementation teams within a Saas environment
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management, leading complex technical projects or system implementations.
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role, managing teams and driving successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, Service Cloud, ChurnZero, and Smartsheets.
  • Automotive dealership software or vendor experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Highly curious, self-driven, and action-orientated with a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites and company offices as needed.
