Support a group of biopharmaceutical customers assigned to you and act as their trusted partner post-implementation
Understand customer business processes, provide guidance, discuss Vault changes, and apply required configurations
Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Safety suite
Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements
Think critically to help design requested and anticipatory solutions
Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams
Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on customer success
Drive change management methodology for customers switching from on-premises to SaaS solutions
Collaborate with internal teams, shape ideas, enhance delivery model, and work closely with product management to communicate customer requirements
Requirements
5+ years of life sciences industry experience, with the majority of time spent in the Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance domain and experience in a consulting function
Knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations
Must have a decent experience writing complex SQL queries on safety data sets
Should have worked on implementing safety systems like Aris / Argus / Emperica / Commonwealth / RxLogix / or any home-grown safety system
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction
Good to have experience building aggregate and analytical reports on safety data set
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have worked in an individual contributor capacity in the previous employments
Ability to act with speed to understand business requirements, create corresponding solution designs, and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to design and deliver Vault Safety
Exposure to life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements
Ability to travel for about ~ 25% of the project time
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Has the right attitude and mindset to work towards customer success
