About the role
- Lead business development opportunities: identify and generate new project opportunities, clarify customer challenges, develop differentiated proposals, and win new work
- Leverage network to identify opportunities, develop business and build new relationships
- Serve as Quality consulting lead on top enterprise accounts and primary contact for strategic and tactical questions
- Build strong and trusted customer relationships and develop the customer network in the EU
- Support creation of new campaigns, offerings, and thought leadership to differentiate Veeva Quality consulting
- Lead multiple project engagement teams, empowering the team to plan and manage delivery from scope to quality assurance
- Help grow Veeva's Quality practice in the EU, building brand in market and acquiring new projects to solve complex customer challenges
Requirements
- 10+ years of management consulting experience in Life Sciences Quality
- Strong grasp of Life Sciences operations, particularly in Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
- An extensive network of relevant stakeholders within leadership positions in Top 20 Life Sciences companies
- Credibility and experience operating and engaging at senior levels with key Life Sciences customers
- Proven track record of developing new, high-value/impact customer engagements
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing digital transformation and Quality innovation/improvement programs
- (Nice to have) Experience with digital technologies, platforms, channels, analytics tools, apps, emerging tech
- (Nice to have) Deep understanding of processes enabled by QMS and LIMS software
- (Nice to have) Good understanding of Veeva’s broader platforms and solutions and experience with SaaS
- (Nice to have) Veeva certification on relevant Quality products
