Shape the value proposition of Vault CRM Suite, building around Multichannel CRM and extending to the full suite of applications (Campaign Manager, Service Center, Events Management)
Create Vault CRM Suite go-to-market messaging and teach that messaging to account partners
Act as a SME in senior level customer conversations and play an executive sponsor at strategic accounts
Work with marketing teams to ensure relevant marketing messaging and product positioning
Own a specific segment of customers (enterprise biopharma or emerging biotech) and drive customer success with Vault CRM Suite for that segment
Provide input to the product team to support new features and capabilities based on business challenges and market dynamics
Be hands-on and in the details while owning the market for your segment of customers
Work closely with account partners to strategize on individual customer accounts and ensure products are implemented with customer success
Requirements
5+ years of work experience in Life Sciences, either in industry, technology or consulting
5+ years experience developing or implementing CRM technology
Demonstrated ability to engage at senior levels of client organizations
Proven ability to quickly build credibility and develop trusted relationships
Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and presentation skills
Ability to travel for customer meetings and internal events across the US and Europe as needed
