About the role
- Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, functional & non-functional requirements, feature specifications, and quality control checks
- Manage the prioritization and focus on enhancements
- Author high-quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and downstream systems/customer requirements
- Support release and sprint planning to ensure product enhancements support the needs of the customers at the right time and in the right sequence
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product Management to ensure products are built and delivered with quality
- Be accountable for the success of the product
- Acquire deep subject matter expertise in promotional and non-promotional event programming in life sciences
- Own the design and execution for major components of the Veeva Digital Events tech stack supporting HCPs, logistics teams, pharmaceutical sales reps, and CRM integrations
- Drive business-process innovation and strategic process improvement focused on scalability, reliability, privacy, and quality in service delivery
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on product management experience/technical services/engineering/data analytics or other related positions in the software space
- 4+ years of hands-on technical experience in engineering, solution architecture, business analytics, or other related positions in the software space
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including the definition of requirements, engineering, QA, and deployment
- Previous experience working with ETL/ELT processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English
- BA/MA/BSc/MSc in relevant fields
- Nice to have: Experience in the Life Sciences industry, SaaS, and/or enterprise products
- Nice to have: Understanding of Life Sciences Speaker Bureau
- Nice to have: Experience with Veeva or Vault CRM
