About the role

  • - **Engineering Collaboration:** Work closely with the engineering team to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery
  • - **Stakeholder Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to understand their operational needs, gather requirements, and communicate product updates and timelines
  • - **Customer/User Feedback:** Collect, analyze, and translate user feedback and operational data into actionable product requirements and enhancements for Veeva Link Workflow
  • - **Product Operation:** Monitor the performance and health of the Link Workflow product, identify and troubleshoot operational issues, and manage maintenance and bug resolution alongside engineering

Requirements

  • - **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role focused on software development execution
  • - **Technical Skills**: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams, understand technical constraints, and define precise functional specifications
  • - **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • - **Execution Focus**: A strong track record of managing product backlogs, running successful sprints, and driving feature development from concept to launch
