About the role

  • Manage and forecast the consolidated cash flow of the Holding company and group subsidiaries;
  • Structure and monitor funding, debt, guarantees and covenants;
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions, negotiating rates and financial products;
  • Define and monitor treasury policies (investments, debt, hedging);
  • Ensure governance of intercompany operations (loans, intercompany advances, cash pooling);
  • Analyze financial risks (liquidity, credit, foreign exchange (FX), interest rates);
  • Prepare executive reports for the Board of Directors and executive management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering (preferred);
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA;
  • Strong experience in corporate treasury, preferably in a holding company or large corporate group;
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and managing relationships across multiple companies;
  • Corporate treasury and cash management;
  • Funding structures (short- and long-term);
  • Derivatives and hedging (FX and interest rates);
  • Financial statements and financial metrics analysis;
  • Intercompany operations and financial governance;
  • ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS) and financial tools;
  • Knowledge of internal controls and financial compliance;
  • Analytical and strategic mindset;
  • Strong influencing skills;
  • Organizational skills, prioritization and risk awareness;
  • Clear communication with technical and executive audiences;
  • Ethical, impartial and governance-oriented conduct;
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a high degree of confidentiality.
