About the role

  • Own end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment execution (fiat and crypto)
  • Manage treasury flows across wallets, exchanges, and bank accounts
  • Own full-stack reconciliation across bank accounts, custodians, and payment processors
  • Develop a treasury management strategy
  • Design and implement scalable financial operations infrastructure
  • Own operational inputs into month-end close and digital asset accounting and valuation

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in financial operations, treasury, or accounting within:
  • - Crypto, DeFi, fintech, or institutional finance
  • - Need to have crypto accounting experience
  • - Auditor experience is a plus
  • Deep understanding of:
  • - Blockchain mechanics (transactions, gas, confirmations, re-orgs)
  • - Wallet architecture (custodial vs non-custodial, multisig, MPC)
  • - DeFi primitives (AMMs, lending protocols, staking, derivatives)
  • Proven experience building:
  • - Reconciliation systems across fragmented data environments
  • - Operational processes in ambiguous, high-growth settings
  • Strong analytical toolkit:
  • - Advanced Excel / Sheets
  • - AI financial tools
  • - SQL
  • Demonstrated ownership of mission-critical financial processes
