About the role

  • Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of business and product reporting
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Sisense
  • Support and enhance existing Sisense data models
  • Assist with reporting-related work in Microsoft SQL Server (queries, validation, troubleshooting)
  • Develop and maintain Crystal Reports used for operational and business needs
  • Analyze user behavior data (e.g., Microsoft Clarity)
  • Summarize findings and suggest data-driven recommendations
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver clear, reliable outputs
  • Help ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or BI support role (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Experience creating reports or dashboards in at least one BI or reporting tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, Crystal Reports, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and how reports interact with source data
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
