About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of targeted, tailored solutions and approaches to address clients’ topics and challenges
- Lead, coordinate, and manage complex strategy, functional, and implementation projects
- Advise clients on strategy, governance, and processes in lending, real estate valuation, refinancing, risk management, and sustainability
- Independently and proactively develop consulting offerings, taking into account client needs, market developments, and the strategic direction of vdpConsulting AG
- Support the Management Board in further developing the company’s strategy, consulting and product portfolios, organization, and processes
- Take responsibility for strategic action plans
- Create thought leadership content, studies, and technical articles
- Conduct seminars and presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field
- Substantial, relevant, and demonstrable professional experience at a consulting firm focused on the financial services industry
- Relevant business development and project leadership experience (for Senior Manager level)
- Broad understanding of processes, organization, technology, and regulatory requirements in the lending and real estate industries
- Excellent, well-practiced communication and presentation skills
- Confident professional presence and enthusiasm for client interaction
- Growth mindset and a passion for innovative thinking
- Fluent German and English skills, including strong negotiation proficiency
- High willingness to travel
