About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop targeted and specific solution approaches and implementation models for clients' issues and challenges
Address issues in complex strategy, specialist, and implementation projects
Advise clients on strategy, governance and processes in the areas of lending, real estate valuation, refinancing, risk management and sustainability
Develop consulting products taking into account client needs, market developments, and the strategic orientation and ambitions of vdpConsulting AG
Support the Executive Board in further developing the company with respect to strategy and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Economics, Business Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a related field (focus on quantitative methods)
Basic programming and modeling skills are an advantage
Initial practical experience in a lending or real estate company and/or at a consulting firm focused on the financial services industry (for Junior Consultants)
At least two years of demonstrable, relevant professional experience (for Senior Consultants)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident demeanor and enjoyment in client-facing work
Growth mindset and enthusiasm for innovative thinking
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel
