About the role
- You advise applicants from industry and academia on business and administrative matters related to funding applications
- You independently oversee ongoing funded projects with respect to the appropriate use of research funds
- You review and evaluate financing concepts as well as investment and liquidity plans
- To maintain a clear view of the economic activities of research projects, you are responsible for project controlling and carry out regular reporting
- You work in a trusted, collaborative manner with colleagues from research funding
Requirements
- You hold a degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration or a related discipline
- You enjoy working with numbers and know how to read a balance sheet, investment plans and liquidity plans
- Thanks to your excellent ability to set priorities and organize yourself independently, you succeed in managing multiple funding projects simultaneously
- Project documentation is maintained transparently so that it is accessible to other colleagues
- You value both personal exchange by phone and the flexibility and clarity of email when communicating with representatives from academia, industry, politics and public administration
