About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, mobilize, and manage projects holistically from start to finish
- Build accurate project plans considering budgets, schedules, resources, and processes
- Write and execute statements of work, scopes, cost estimates, tasks, timelines, budgets, and development plans
- Keep project information clear, accessible, and accurate
- Track, organize, categorize, and deliver assets and materials consistently and efficiently
- Use agency tools such as Workfront and processes to streamline project planning, mobilization, and management
- Optimize team availability through effective resource management
- Plan key touchpoints including kick-offs, brainstorms, and deliverable reviews
- Ensure teams and work follow agency, client, advertising frameworks, best practices, and legal requirements
- Collaborate with finance, client service, operations, and legal to optimize project and client requirements
- Analyze information and understand the broader organizational context and client needs
- Solve problems proactively and apply learnings from prior projects
- Build and cultivate cross-departmental partnerships to drive work forward
- Communicate clearly, transparently, and effectively with specific audiences
- Drive quality and take accountability for the work and end product
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and other planning-related duties, preferably in the digital ad or media space
- Time management skills
- Experience in budget development and contract (SOW) writing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Hands-on experience in project management
- Project scoping experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to different situations and make proactive adjustments
- Ability to continuously grow and learn in the role
