About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational leadership, coordination, and oversight across assigned RHTP initiatives
  • Monitor initiative work plans, milestones, deliverables, and implementation schedules
  • Ensure alignment with the Region 3 Hub Action Plan
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison to the Region 3 Academic Anchor and Regional Anchors
  • Coordinate regular implementation meetings with anchor organizations and implementation partners
  • Monitor initiative performance metrics and implementation progress across all assigned initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, social work, business administration, public administration, or related field required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience leading complex healthcare, public health, or population health initiatives
  • Minimum of three (3) years of project or program management experience involving multiple organizations or stakeholder groups
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Experience coordinating large, multi-organizational initiatives
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, behavioral health, public health, and social determinants of health
  • Understanding of rural healthcare transformation strategies
  • Knowledge of grant-funded initiatives and public-sector accountability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
