Activity and resource planning including creating monthly reports and status updates
Track and monitor specific aspects of web content support
Use Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration systems to actively collaborate with Federal stakeholders and other contractors / federal staff responsible for the specific web properties
Lead the agile process, managing tickets, working with the product owner, using JIRA, to coordinate with other stakeholders and teams, creating reports, taking meeting notes, and tracking action items
Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and demos
Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, team accountability, and ensuring the work is visible
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
Support the product owner and provide education where needed
Supervise staff in day-to-day activities including planning, organizing work, and adjusting workloads
Approve staff leave and coordinate staff scheduling
Address client’s concerns on issues of staff communication, performance, and conduct
Prepare project reports as needed
Brief leadership on project progress
Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree is required
You must be a US citizen and be able to pass and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
5 years of experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master experience (preferably on a Drupal project)
Demonstrated experience working with Drupal Content Management Systems or similar, specifically in content editing
Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
Excellent oral and written communications skills with proven track record interfacing with partners, clients, and other stakeholders is required
Active CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP certification (Nice to Haves)
Active PMP certification (Nice to Haves)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the oversight and/or design and development of web sites (Nice to Haves)
Minimum of 2 years practicing Agile for software projects (Nice to Haves)
