About the role

  • As a Technical Advisor, you are the essential link between our company and our professional customers.

Requirements

  • Automotive expertise: You have solid knowledge of vehicle mechanics and spare parts.
  • Tool proficiency: You are proficient in parts catalogs and parts lookup software.
  • Education: Ideally hold a qualification in Sales or Automotive After-Sales.
  • Experience: You have a proven track record in a similar role, ideally in a call-center or parts counter environment.
  • Interpersonal skills: An impeccable customer service attitude and ease on the phone.
  • Organization: Rigour, a methodical approach and strong adaptability to manage call volumes.
  • Team spirit: A desire to perform within a dynamic team!
