About the role

  • Make Vara's commercial operations scalable across European markets.
  • Own the systems and processes that turn leads into pipeline, pipeline into deals, and deals into long-term partnerships.
  • Build Vara's marketing infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Own how Vara shows up at conferences, in inboxes, on social, and in the press across all target markets.
  • Work together with our Head of Product and the Founders to identify and prototype new business lines adjacent to Vara’s core business.

Requirements

  • Technically skilled, commercially minded.
  • Experience in health tech, medtech, or regulated industries.
  • Background in venture building, or high-growth startups.
  • Academic credentials – we are open to hire someone that is very intelligent but hasn’t graduated from a so-called top-tier university.
