About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own hiring, POC standards, demo assets, and team integration with AEs
- Build the function to support technical evaluations and enterprise sales
- Manage capacity and deal assignment
- Review POCs before shipping to clients

Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years in a technical customer-facing role
- 2+ years managing Sales Engineers or Solutions Architects
- Experience with voice, telephony, or contact center infrastructure
- Strong technical knowledge
- Ability to conduct architecture reviews and customer-specific demos
- Comfortable coaching both engineers and executives
