Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years in a technical customer-facing role
  • 2+ years managing Sales Engineers or Solutions Architects
  • Experience with voice, telephony, or contact center infrastructure
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Ability to conduct architecture reviews and customer-specific demos
  • Comfortable coaching both engineers and executives
