Partner with homeowner association management companies through transition to our revenue management module within our comprehensive Community Management Platform (CMP)
Serve as a strategic advisor, analyzing clients' HOA billing processes, operational workflows, and community management practices to ensure seamless adoption of our platform
Lead client discovery sessions for HOA billing and revenue management processes
Map current state vs. future state workflows for revenue management adoption
Develop transition roadmaps for property management company onboarding
Optimize client business processes for CMP integration
Ensure successful adoption and utilization of revenue management features
Conduct comprehensive assessments of client HOA billing processes, including assessment collection and special assessments
Define and document transition requirements for migrating clients from legacy systems to CMP revenue manager
Assess current tools and applications for potential integration opportunities
Create detailed implementation plans that minimize disruption to monthly billing cycles
Partner with implementation teams to ensure smooth data migration and system configuration
Design and deliver training materials for property managers, accounting teams, and board members
Monitor post-implementation metrics and provide optimization recommendations
Collaborate with clients to redesign workflows leveraging CMP automation capabilities
Create standard operating procedures for common HOA scenarios
Identify opportunities to streamline operations through platform features
Develop business requirements documentation for product enhancements based on client feedback
Act as subject matter expert for HOA billing, compliance, and revenue management
Lead workshops with property managers to improve processes
Maintain expertise in state-specific HOA regulations and industry best practices
Support sales team with technical expertise during complex client evaluations
Document client success stories and ROI achievements
Design and deliver training materials for property managers, accounting teams, and board members
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in SaaS, property management technology, or HOA management
Proven experience with billing systems, revenue management, and financial operations
Strong understanding of HOA governance structures, board operations, and compliance requirements
Experience leading client-facing projects and managing diverse stakeholder groups
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
Knowledge of HOA-specific workflows: assessments, violations, architectural reviews, maintenance requests
Preferred CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) certification
Experience with competitive platforms (AppFolio, Yardi, BuildingLink, TOPS, Caliber)
SQL knowledge for data analysis
API understanding for integration discussions
Previous experience at a property management company or HOA
Knowledge of reserve studies and HOA budget preparation
Familiarity with state-specific HOA regulations (particularly CA, FL, TX)
