Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- Familiarity with software and electronics is required, and experience with health and medicine is a plus.
- Candidates should be familiar with all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution.
- Prior firm experience and registration with the USPTO is required.
- Industry work experience is a plus, and experience with patent litigation is a plus.
- Candidates must have an excellent academic record, superior organizational and communication skills (written and oral), a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service, and a creative and strategic approach to prosecution.
